Crown Copiers was founded in 1995 by now managing director Adrian Brown. His vision for the company is as strong today as in those first formative months. Having had experience working for the large multinational companies Adrian felt frustrated and unable to perform his job properly due to the lack of customer care and support, therefore Crown Copiers was born. Adrian's firm belief is that total customer care is the key to the success of the company, all of Crown Copiers Ltd customers are not just a number on a PC screen, we strive to develop a mutually beneficial relationship with each and every customer enabling us to understand their needs and requirements and most importantly to provide the right solutions. Whilst total commitment is given by providing exactly the right machine for the desired application, after care service is a major part of our success and we will only ever sell a business machine if we are able to support that product giving all of our customers peace of mind. We employ manufacturer trained service technicians who are able to call on our customers for routine maintenance, preventative maintenance and repair calls. All our technicians carry an extensive stock of spare parts and toner cartridges enabling a very high first time fix rate. In 2005 our head office base has moved into 3,000 ft offices in Saltash enabling us to have a fully stocked showroom to demonstrate our range of equipment.
